Big Apple Fund Gets Another Bite At Apple Inc.

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 7:03 PM EST) -- New York City's biggest public pension fund can reassert one of its claims in an options backdating case against defendants including Apple Inc. and CEO Steve Jobs, following a federal appeals court's ruling Thursday that a trial court erred in determining that the fund had waived the claim.
