3rd Circ. Affirms Port Authority Pilots' FLSA Victory

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 6:03 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has upheld a decision to award two helicopter pilots employed by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey two years of damages for the agency's unwillful misclassification of them as exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
