Tenn. Koch Workers Win Donning, Doffing Action

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 3:50 PM EST) -- A federal jury has handed victory to workers at two Koch Foods Inc. plants in Tennessee who brought a collective action accusing the chicken processor of willfully violating federal labor law by not compensating employees for donning and doffing activities.
