Centex Managers Lose Bid For Class Status In OT Suit

Law360, New York (February 5, 2010, 4:35 PM EST) -- A federal court has rejected a bid for conditional certification of a nationwide class of field managers in an overtime suit against Centex Homes Inc., agreeing with the conclusions of a magistrate judge that the proposed class would be “unmanageable.”
