Rajaratnam Must Hand Over Wiretaps: Judge

Law360, New York (February 9, 2010, 6:41 PM EST) -- Galleon Group LLC founder Raj Rajaratnam and Danielle Chiesi, his co-defendant in an insider trading case, must provide the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission with wiretap recordings the U.S. Department of Justice made of their activities, a federal judge has ruled.
