Disney Expert Allowed In 'Little Miss' Trademark Suit

Law360 (February 11, 2010, 2:04 PM EST) -- In a trademark suit brought against The Walt Disney Co. by Thoip, which owns the rights to the “Little Miss” series of children's books, a federal judge has deemed Disney's expert testimony admissible but rejected the testimony of Thoip's expert.
