Navx Accuses Google Of Abusing Dominant Position

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 6:21 PM EST) -- French company Navx said Thursday it has filed a complaint against Google Inc. with France's competition watchdog, citing frustration with actions Google has taken against the company related to the Internet titan's lucrative online advertising program.

Navx, a provider of content and services for GPS devices and smart phones, accused Google of abusing its dominant position by shutting down Navx's AdWords contract and refusing to display Navx's advertisements.
