SK Foods CEO Indicted In Bribery Scam

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 4:07 PM EST) -- SK Foods LP's former CEO has been indicted on racketeering charges for his role in an alleged bribery scheme, and is in custody after an attempt to flee to Europe.

A federal grand jury indicted Frederick Scott Salyer, 54, on charges of racketeering, wire fraud and obstruction of justice on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
