Supreme Court Won't Hear PIMCO Class Cert. Challenge

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 1:41 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to weigh in on a class certification order affirmed by a federal appeals court in a suit accusing Pacific Investment Management Co. LLC of monopolizing a futures market.

On Monday, the high court denied PIMCO's petition for a writ of certiorari in a brief order.
