Trump Attys' Fee Dispute Heading To 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 7:07 PM EST) -- A group of developers embroiled in protracted litigation with Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. over a Florida land purchase has asked a federal appeals court to consider its request for attorneys' fees after a district court said it was barred by the automatic stay in Trump's bankruptcy.

Appellants Power Plant Entertainment LLC, The Cordish Co., Native American Development LLC and Joseph Weinberg filed a notice of appeal Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
