Turner Exec Wants Out Of Time Warner Contract Spat

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 5:47 PM EST) -- The former chief executive of defunct television services company Turner Media Group Inc. is seeking to be dismissed from a breach of contract suit in which Time Warner Cable Inc. alleged it is owed $2.5 million for broadcasting the company's infomercials on its cable systems.
