Class Status Sought In Cingular 'Dropped Call' Suit

Law360, New York (March 1, 2010, 4:46 PM EST) -- Attorneys have asked a judge to grant class status to California customers of the former Cingular Wireless LLC — now AT&T Mobility LLC — in a contract suit accusing the company of falsely advertising itself as having the “fewest dropped calls” of any cellular provider.
