Judge Trims Pizza Hut Drivers' FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 4:53 PM EST) -- A judge has partially thrown out a putative wage-and-hour class action filed by a group of Pizza Hut delivery drivers against a major franchisee of the fast food chain, but he left room for the drivers to amend their complaint.
