Former Atheros Exec Pleads Guilty In Galleon Case

Law360, New York (March 3, 2010, 6:13 PM EST) -- A former Atheros Communications Inc. executive pled guilty Wednesday to conspiracy and securities fraud in the massive insider trading case centered on hedge fund billionaire Raj Rajaratnam, which regulators claim involves more than $25 million in ill-gotten gains.

Ali Hariri, a former vice president at the Santa Clara, Calif.-based semiconductor maker, entered his guilty plea before Magistrate Judge James C.
