McGraw-Hill ERISA Plaintiffs Appeal Case Dismissal

Law360, New York (March 5, 2010, 6:12 PM EST) -- A group of McGraw-Hill Cos. Inc. employees has appealed the dismissal of a putative class action alleging the company and its executives trumpeted an employee stock option plan while share prices were declining during the recession.

Named plaintiffs in the suit, which has been consolidated from two separate would-be class actions, gave notice of their appeal Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
