Military Trainer OT Claims Against Gold Belt Pared

Law360, New York (March 8, 2010, 7:34 PM EST) -- A federal judge has cut several claims from a proposed collective action against Gold Belt LLC and the Bionetics Corp. for allegedly breaching an oral contract by failing to pay proper overtime wages to a group of role-playing employees who help train the U.S. military, and has refused to consolidate the case with a similar lawsuit.
