Photographers File FLSA Suit Against Olan Mills

Law360, New York (March 9, 2010, 3:21 PM EST) -- Olan Mills Inc., a nationwide photography studio, has been hit with a class action alleging it doesn't pay photographers for time they are required to work off the clock or provide work-free rest and meal breaks.

Eighteen current and former studio photographers filed the suit Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee under the Fair Labor Standards Act and wage-and-hour laws of four states.
