Law360, New York (March 25, 2010, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a putative class action accusing Home Depot Inc. USA stores in Illinois of deliberately misclassifying their assistant store managers as exempt employees in order to deny them overtime wages.
