Ex-Davis Polk Atty Tapped To Lead SDNY Fraud Unit

Garcia, a former Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP attorney and deputy chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force in the U.S. attorney's office in Manhattan, is set to ascend to the head of that unit in light of current chief Raymond J. Lohier's appointment as special counsel to the U.S. attorney.
