Hot Fuel Judge Rebuffs Oil Groups' Bid To Keep Docs

Law360, New York (March 29, 2010, 6:30 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing multidistrict litigation alleging a gasoline industry hot fuel conspiracy has declined to reconsider a ruling that ordered industry groups to fork over internal lobbying records, rejecting their arguments that the First Amendment protects those documents.
