PwC Let Off Hook In BofA ERISA Suit

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 4:04 PM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC as a co-defendant from a class action accusing Bank of America Corp. of using faulty formulas to calculate the retirement age of its employees and illegally transferring billions of dollars between its retirement plans.
