Fed. Circ. Affirms Broadcom Win In GPS Patent Spat

Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission correctly determined that some GPS chips produced by SiRF Technology Holdings Inc. infringe patents owned by a unit of Broadcom Corp. and rightly banned the importation of the chips and products containing them, a federal appeals court ruled Monday.
