Wyndham Wants Insurer's Plane Crash Suit Tossed

Law360, New York (April 14, 2010, 3:24 PM EDT) -- Wyndham Worldwide Operations Inc. has asked a federal judge to throw out a coverage lawsuit brought by Illinois National Insurance Co. over a 2008 plane crash that claimed five lives in Oregon.

Wyndham lodged motions for summary judgment and to dismiss the case in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on Tuesday.
