Cravath, Paul Weiss Fees Cut In Port Authority Bias Suit

Law360, New York (April 16, 2010, 4:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has trimmed a $2.4 million attorneys' fees request by Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP and Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP in an employment discrimination case against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, saying they should get 64 percent of that amount because only seven of the 11 plaintiffs they represented prevailed at trail.
