Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 1:02 PM EDT) -- Overriding objections from some plaintiffs, the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has consolidated a dozen actions accusing Bank of America NA of failing to pay its employees for off-the-clock overtime work in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act and state laws.
