T-Mobile Customer Wins Cert. In Insurance Policy Spat

Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 3:39 PM EDT) -- The federal judge overseeing a consumer class action accusing T-Mobile USA Inc. and Asurion Corp. of falsely marketing their cell phone insurance plans has certified a class based on misrepresentation claims but has refused to certify a class based on claims that the companies switched the terms of their plan.
