Law360, New York (April 22, 2010, 1:44 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed Consolidated Edison of New York Inc.'s victory in a putative class action alleging the power company reduced benefits to its retirees in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.
