Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 5:11 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors on Monday questioned a parking garage developer who allegedly served as a middleman in Duane Reade Inc. lease transactions that were allegedly used to artificially boost the company’s financials, seeking to establish to a jury that the deals were shams.
