Kenyon & Kenyon, Ex-Partner End Pension Fund Fight

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 1:33 PM EDT) -- Kenyon & Kenyon LLP has settled a suit brought by a 38-year veteran of the firm alleging the intellectual property giant breached its contract and violated labor law by asking him to forfeit nearly $300,000 of his $1 million lump sum pension distribution.

Judge Leonard B. Sand of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the case with prejudice Monday, noting that the parties had settled the claims.
