BofA Workers File Broad Race Bias Action

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A group of current and former Bank of America Corp. employees has filed a putative class action alleging widespread discrimination by the financial institution against workers of various ethnic groups, following other suits that have asserted similar claims about black workers.

Five current and former New York-area Bank of America employees in the bank’s commercial banking group filed suit Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
