Best Buy '3-Way' Speakers Actually Only 2-Way: Suit

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 1:18 PM EDT) -- An Arizona woman who says a piece of plastic in her newly purchased Insignia car speaker system was designed to look like a third speaker has sued Best Buy Co. Inc in a putative class action brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

Named plaintiff Emily Rose Winger's lawsuit, lodged Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, says a nationwide class of customers was similarly duped.
