UCLA Law Professor, Partner Appointed Trib Examiner

Law360, New York (April 30, 2010, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy law professor and private practice head on Friday was appointed the examiner in the Tribune Co. bankruptcy, where he will independently investigate real estate mogul Samuel Zell's 2007 leveraged buyout of the company, which left it more than $11 billion in debt.
