Text Message Antitrust Case V. AT&T, Others Revived

Law360, New York (May 3, 2010, 7:31 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has resurrected a putative class action that accuses Verizon Wireless LLC, AT&T Mobility LLC, Sprint Nextel Corp. and T-Mobile USA Inc. of conspiring to gouge consumers on the price of individual text messages, saying a new complaint's claims are specific enough to let the case move forward.
