Goldman Sachs Subpoenaed In Galleon Case

Law360, New York (May 3, 2010, 7:07 PM EDT) -- Goldman Sachs Group Inc. has been served with a subpoena seeking information about one of the traders charged in the Galleon Group LLC insider trading case.

According to a certificate of service filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the subpoena was issued April 15, and Goldman was served four days later. The subpoena orders representatives of Goldman's legal department to appear at a hearing in the case on May 14.
