Equinix Says Probes Into Stock Options Have Ended

Law360, New York (January 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Internet exchange service provider Equinix said Wednesday that prosecutors have withdrawn a grand jury subpoena relating to the company’s stock option grants and practices.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California informed the company of the withdrawal on Jan. 11, according to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

The company had previously said that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission had called off its examination of Equinix’ stock option grants and practices without recommending any enforcement action....
