FCC Outlines Plan To Oversee Broadband Services

Law360, New York (May 6, 2010, 11:54 AM EDT) -- The Federal Communications Commission has put forth a plan to reclaim its authority over Internet service providers in the wake of a federal appeals court decision the chairman of the FCC said created a “serious problem” by limiting the agency's power to oversee broadband communications and protect consumers.
