Oprah's Co. Seeks Fish & Richardson Info In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (May 6, 2010, 3:56 PM EDT) -- Oprah Winfrey's production company has asked a federal judge to force Fish & Richardson PC to provide information about claims that one of its former attorneys used inequitable conduct to acquire an online shopping patent being asserted by Illinois Computer Research LLC.
