Law360, New York (May 12, 2010, 5:37 PM EDT) -- Penske Logistics LLC is appealing the certification of a class action accusing it of failing to properly compensate meal and rest breaks of employees who performed inventory and installation services for the company's Whirlpool Corp. account.
