Aetna Meal Break Suit Stayed Until Brinker Decision

Law360 (May 19, 2010, 3:05 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted Aetna Life Insurance Co.'s bid to stay a putative meal break class action against the insurer until the California Supreme Court decides a case expected to determine whether employers have to ensure workers take required meal breaks.
