Novartis Slapped With $250M Verdict In Sex Bias Case

Law360, New York (May 19, 2010, 10:49 AM EDT) -- A federal jury hit Novartis Pharmaceutical Corp. with a $250 million punitive damages verdict Wednesday after finding the company liable for discriminating against a class of 5,600 female sales employees.
