DOJ, SEC Probing Rajaratnam Media Leaks

Law360, New York (May 25, 2010, 2:55 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission are investigating press leaks regarding the insider trading case against the Galleon Group hedge fund and its founder, Raj Rajaratnam, his spokesman said Tuesday.

The investigations come following a series of complaints Rajaratnam's representatives have made regarding public statements U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara and SEC Enforcement Director Robert Khuzami have made about the case as well as anonymous news leaks from the SEC, the DOJ and the FBI....
