Testimony Delayed In Coca-Cola Trade Secret Trial

Law360, New York (January 24, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Testimony against a former Coca-Cola Co. secretary charged with conspiring to steal trade secrets was delayed on Wednesday, after government prosecutors won more time to review sensitive documents.

The prosecutors asked for a recess, which they needed to look through more than 750 pages of defense documents to determine whether certain portions should not be shown to the jury.
