Law360, New York (January 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Displeasure with Delta Air Lines’ disclosure statement has grown as the hearing date nears, with the City of Los Angeles and others filing objections.

In a filing Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the City of Los Angeles asked that the court deny approval of the disclosure statement and require amendments to the company’s reorganization plan.
