SEC Resolves Fraud Case Against Ex-Cendant Honcho

Law360, New York (June 3, 2010, 4:56 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has permanently enjoined a former Cendant Corp. vice chairman from violating securities laws almost five years after he was sentenced to 10 years in prison for his role in a massive accounting fraud at the company.
