National Union Denied Expenses In LTV Steel Case

Law360, New York (June 8, 2010, 4:16 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has held that National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., should be disallowed purported administrative expenses for workers' compensation claims in the LTV Steel Co.
