Law360, New York (June 15, 2010, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered McDonald's Corp. to turn over lists of all corporate-owned U.S. stores and the names and contact information for thousands of assistant managers, a boost for a potential opt-in class of workers claiming the company wrongly exempted them from Fair Labor Standards Act protections.
