High Court Refuses To Revive 'Heroes' Copyright Case

Law360, New York (June 21, 2010, 1:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court will not reconsider its decision to deny a petition for certiorari filed by two divination artists who claim NBC Universal Inc. stole their idea for its hit show “Heroes.”

The high court on Monday denied a rehearing to appellants Clifton Mallery and Amnau Eele, after denying their petition for the first time in April.
