Law360, New York (June 30, 2010, 12:14 PM EDT) -- A federal court has given a preliminary green light to a $20.1 million settlement between gaming company Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. and a class of investors accusing it of backdating stock options and including secret porn scenes in its blockbuster video game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas."
