2nd Circ. Blames Judge For Galleon Wiretap Spat

Law360, New York (July 8, 2010, 4:01 PM EDT) -- Federal appeals court judges say a district judge is likely to blame for the complex dispute over the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s access to wiretap evidence in cases against insider trading suspects Raj Rajaratnam and Danielle Chiesi but that they cannot impose a quick fix.
