24 Hour Fitness Draws Suit Over Promotion Practices

Law360, New York (July 13, 2010, 7:04 PM EDT) -- 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. is facing a proposed class action that accuses the international fitness center chain of passing over black, Latino, Asian and female employees in California for management positions and demands that the company whip its employment practices into shape.
